Our Story
Frameshift Music is a Swiss production company writing original orchestral and hybrid scores for video games and film. It was founded in 2022 with the goal of making cinematic music accessible to a wider audience and of helping artists grow personally and professionally, by building reach and generating income. Several ideas came together in the process: music for books, custom music for commercials, bringing the epic music community together, and above all building a strong team with a real sense of unity. Because when it comes to entrepreneurship and music, what matters most to us is the person and the connection between people.
In March 2023 we officially registered Frameshift Music as a company and moved into production music for films and trailers. With our knowledge from the music world, business administration and organisational psychology, a concept of professionalism grew out of that, which is our greatest value. And because entrepreneurial thinking is simply part of who we are, we are not afraid to take unconventional paths and to keep choosing innovative business models and approaches.
In the same spirit, we see ourselves as a modern company in which every one of our team members can contribute new ideas and take on new roles. As an international team we bring a diversity of musical influences with us, which has refined the way we work together on everything from small to large projects. What stays central for us is transparent communication and responding to every person and every project individually.
